Tabung Haji Plantations - Enterprise System to manage accounting, stock and wages for the plantations managed in Malaysia and Indonesia. The system is web based and comprises modules to cater for the estate, region and HQ level. MIS reporting for HQ was also included in order to better manage the distributed estates. Similar project was also done for United Plantations Berhad, United International Estates, State Agricultural Development Corporation and Estet Pekebun Kecil - RISDA

Enterprise payroll system - Tabung Haji Plantations. The payroll system caters for 400 employees of the organization. The system was developed with built in tax, employee provident fund and social security structures with electronic payments to the government organizations.

Ministry Of Health Malaysia - Web based system to cater for the pharmacy department to manage their pharmacist registration and maintenance. The system provides for the registration of applicants and monitoring of their work progress and renewing of their practising license. The system provides graphical reporting and statistical information for the annual reporting.

Hewlett Packard, Malaysia - Contract sales monitoring and management reporting system. A web based system for contract sales monitoring, allows to key in contract sales information. The system monitors and alerts the renewal of the contracts for the year. The system provides for statistical and management reporting.

Digi Telecomunications - Server Migration from Windows 2000 to Windows 2003 R2

We were engaged to upgrade the existing Windows 2000 Server (including mail, file/print, and active directory service) to Windows Server 2003. This includes upgrading the Windows 2000 Active Directory to Windows 2003 Active Directory so that DiGi could benefit the features from Windows Server 2003 R2.It also caters for DIGI’s future growth and reorganization. Performance, Management, Scalability and Security issues will also being considered as part of the Active Directory structure design and planning. On the Exchange portion we had to upgrade the existing Exchange 2000 Server to Exchange Server 2003. Mobile Information Server will be replaced with Exchange Server 2003. Exchange Server 2003 goes far beyond Mobile Information Server by delivering fullfeatured enterprise mobile features. In this project we had to migrate DiGi‘s HQ resides in SHT known as Central and 5 braches nationwide. All major sites are well connected to DiGi Wide Are Network from 256KB to 2MB least line. There are a total of 1512 users. The objective is to plan, design (re-evaluate) and upgrade the existing Windows 2000 Server to Windows Server 2003. This will include planning and re-designing existing Windows 2000 AD forest infrastructure, domain infrastructure, site infrastructure, Group Policy structure, administrative structure that will meet the needs of the organization. The Windows 2003 Active Directory (AD) design will be based on the existing DiGi business and administrative models. It also caters for DiGi’s future growth and reorganization. Performance, management, scalability and security issues will also being considered as part of the AD structure design and planning. Only root domain (digi.com.my) and central site (digicr.digi.com.my) will require fault tolerance and load balancing for Windows 2003 Active Directory. We recommend at least 2 domain controllers at the root domain and central site to maximize the system uptime.

MiTV Network Sdn Bhd (Mi3G)

We had to set up a new AD and Exchange 2003 environment. The AD at current had to support 150 users. We had to propose an architecture that can scale to 300 users easily with mobility solution with integration with HP hardware. We had to setup up Exchange Server 2003 and Office Outlook 2003, combined with Windows Server 2003, support the use of RPC over HTTP to access Exchange servers. Using the Microsoft Windows RPC over HTTP feature to enable your users to connect to their Exchange mailbox eliminates the requirement for remote office users to use a virtual private network (VPN) to connect to their Exchange servers. Users who are running Outlook 2003 on client computers can connect directly to an Exchange server in a corporate environment from the Internet. With this we had to setup an advanced firewall server, such as Microsoft® Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2004, in the perimeter network. Then position your RPC proxy server in the corporate network and use the Exchange front-end and back-end server architecture.

RGM

We have worked together with HP Malaysia in setting up the entire AD structure and migrate the data from their existing site for this newly set up call centre in Malaysia which supports their other regional offices in Singapore, China, Jakarta and Kerinchi. On the AD part, we had to design AD Forest, Domain, Sites, FSMO roles, Domain Controller Placement and Hardisk partitioning, Replication, Organisation Units, Group Policies, DNS, WINS, DHCP services. We had to Install 3 Windows 2003 Domain Controllers including Global Catalog’s at Datacenter site and 2 Windows 2003 Domain Controllers at CSC site. Synchronize the RGM root domain from Indonesia to the root domain at Datacenter site. Create a child domain at CSC site. Configure FSMO roles, AD replication, OU, Group Policies, DNS, WINS, DHCP services.

SHELL

Our Services were much needed in SHELL Malaysia for their server upgrades. In which we Non Confidential Page 4 7/24/2007 completed a 3 phase stress test on the Linux machines which was integrated with the Windows 2003 R2 servers. This was to ensure that users from their global network can access their server here in Malaysia with a minimum of a 1000 users at one time. We were entrusted to test the servers on the capability of handling all sorts of stress. The stress test was successful and was implemented.
